Meet Paula

Hi, I'm Paula!

I'm on a mission to remind you:

  • that you are whole and complete, and beautifully, messily imperfect;
  • that wisdom is available to you in every moment;
  • that you have infinite creative potential!

My Life's Purpose

My life’s purpose is about connection and intimacy—with the divine, with myself, and with others. My life’s work is to heal and support others’ healing in sacred conversation and resonance. A lifelong musician, I seek to create beauty and inspiration in intimate harmony and resonance with others. As a longtime yogi, I have found healing and spiritual intimacy in vedic teaching and friendship. A native of North Dakota with a Lutheran upbringing, I am grounded and practical, helping clients express their divine life through creative action in the world.

Deep listening, compassion, and curiosity are the foundation of my offering, that comes from a humble acceptance of  my own human frailty and limitations.  Using the three practices of Kriya yoga—self-inquiry, acceptance of what is, and incremental change—I guide clients to break down the shackles of conditioning and limiting beliefs and take practical steps into your power and freedom.

Through my process of “Living in the Question,” along with my expertise in incremental change, I will support you to reclaim your power, live your values, and realize your divine life of purpose, freedom and joy!
